I have been consistently lifting weights for about 3 months now. On and off alll my life. I plan on using ph / steroids one day, but not for awhile. I have decided to research, diet, and stay natural for atleast a year. Now on with my questions. I have a little bit of fat on my pecs, along with a small gland behind my nips. I also have a decent amount of fat in my nips. Although I have no pain or have ever used a ph or steroid . I have found information saying this was gyno and some saying no. also, how do I correct this issue? Thanks
