New to this - What should I use?

I am 46 years old, 209 lbs, 6'4'' and would like to loose the belly fat that I have gained over the years. I do not have any other bulging fat elsewhere on my body, just around the belly/hip area.....I would like to loose the fat, get a 6 pak, and put some muscles on my chest. I do alot of cardio, but do not see any results. I have taken fat burners like green tea, but do not see the belly fat disapperaing. I see alot of "steroid products" advertised here, but not sure what is the best measure for me or what I should buy. My primary goal as of now is to loose the belly fay and gain some muscles..thanks for the feedback

Head over to the diet nutrition section. Read up on cutting or proper diet with calorie expenditure

In the meantime, are any of the mentioned products here on the site recommended to expedite the process?

Honestly not really. Best way to go is diet. Aas is not a magic pill. Aas is only beneficial to those with proper training and diet. U need to be more strict when on a cycle to reap the.benefits. if u do not bf under control more side effects and if over weight u got bp issues and cholesterol issues etc...

I usually go the the gym 6 times a week, do cardio on the stairmaster for 30-40 minutes, lift 4 reps x 10 times, 100 lbs on the machine and alternate different machines on different days...

I understand no quick fix to this, but do you recomment a specific product to attack the belly fat at least with a muscle growth?

I see products like deca , test tren , winn and all those on the site, would the use of any of those help accelerate the process with activities at the gym?

AAS May be beneficial to you in the sense that at 46 your natural TEST levels are at an all time low. Testosterone -Cyprionate may be beneficial , however you would need blood tests to confirm that your t3 and t-4 are lower than normal. Testosterone is a naturally occurring hormone and acts as a potent muscle builder , without enough of it you could work out all day and nothing would happen. AAS is not magic , but they WILL make a difference. Especially with the intense training you are doing. I would recommend looking at a Test supplement . Best of Luck pal !
