I've been lifting for about 3-4 years and have been kicking around the idea of running a cycle for a while now. I eventually got all my ducks in a row and got everything I need.
I have a bottle of Test E, but the dosing is 300mg/ml. Most of what I've come across says to run about 500 mg/week.
This being my first cycle, I'm kinda wanting to go easy and see how things go.
Would it be a waste to run 300/week instead of 500?
