winstrol and woman

I am 5 6", 134, and 21 % BF. Since August I have lost 32lbs. and & 7% BF. I used1/2 acycle of Helios. I am looking to gain muscle and lose fat with winstrol. What are the side effects? How much should i take a day or a week? I am not a body builder and dont want to look like a man, but i do want to look fit and a bit bigger in the arms and legs. I work out 5 times a week and eat well. Dont drink, protein EVERYDAY!! Muscle just wont grow fast enough. HELP!!!!

Going to have to second this. While I am sure there is some extensive knowledge about steroids and their impact on women in this forum, I wouldn't dare contest what the ladies experiencing it have to say.

You would be better off choosing something a bit milder such as Anavar if you are choosing to go the oral route. If you do use winstrol you should see some decent results from 5-10 mgs a day. You may want to look into some estrogen control as well to speed up fat loss.

Agree with fire guy. Anavar works extremely well for females and the dose doesnt even have to be all that high. I sometimes wish i was a chick. Lol anavars rather expensive for a male to run but females imo i would say has to be the best. I would try that first over jumping ti winstrol. Anavars side affects are rather slim and mild.

I know and have worked with several several female competitors in Figure, Physique and even Bikini who have all used Anavar and or Winstrol and I promise you none of them look like men or scary bodybuilders.
