Hey everyone, I'm 30yrs old, 5'8", 165lbs, and guessing around12%bf. I've been lifting for 13yrs fairly steadily, about 5-6 days a Wk for an hr each time. I used to train at about 10-15 reps, but have been training 6-8 reps for the past 6 mths in preparation for this cycle. I've also pushed my cals from 2800-30000, to 3500-4000 on average ( I aim for 4500 when my body allows it)
I've done a dbol and sust cycle around 7 yrs ago with zero knowledge and no pct. The gains I kept were minimal, and I don't want to make the same mistakes again.
I've based my cycle on readings recommended on this site, and also to use up all my gear.
Day 1-8 dbol 25mg/ed
Day 9-29 dbol 50 mg/ed
Wk 1-12 deca 250mg 2/Wk
Wk 1-15 test e 250mg 2/Wk
Arimidex on hand for a.I.
Pct
Wk 18 hcg 1000iu ed for 10 days
Wk 19-20 nolvadex 40 mg ed
Wk 21-22 nolvadex 20 mg ed
