    Surgery and steroids

So, how would you guys handle going into surgery, with anesthesia, while on a cycle of test? Don't believe any antibiotics will be given

As long as your vitals are in check you're fine. Testosterone will not effect anesthesia.

Make sure to supplement retinoids after your surgery to help with recovery.

There shouldn't be any interaction with the anesthetic agents.

I would suggest you disclose to your anesthesiologist everything that you are taking, that way if something goes wrong they're not wasting time trying to figure out the cause they can focus on the solution. Any anesthesiologist worth trusting your life to is going to want to know what your on, will care what your on, and will use one of many countless resources to quickly research and formulate the safest care plan for you.
There are little things that can be tweaked such as tourniquet and desangunations times if your hgb and platelet count is elevated, addition of vasoconstrictors to local anesthetics to increase duration in patients with induced CP450 enzymes, use of non-hepatic metabolizing agents...... and don't get me started on surprise blood pressure swings in an otherwise healthy appearing in shape individual.
Disclosing this info is the safest for you!!! I'm speaking from 4 years of medical school, six years of residencey, 2 years of fellowship, and 4 years of practice.
