    maca natural herb??

Hey bros been reading on maca root a lot lately, and for what i understand it helps irregular hormones become balanced and helps with depression, libido, stamina, energy. This being a natural herbal supplement, wouldnt adding it to your pct or even during cycle help...just wondering if any one has ever heard of this root or even thought about it. There is over 200+ studies on this root that can balance out of wack hormones. Mmmm....i wonder.

I have taken this before back in the day. If I can recall it was recommended that I add it to my cutting diet to lose fat as it increases your metabolism while stabilizing your hormones.

I use it in a blend during PCT. The blend has tribulus, maca, and horny goat weed. It seems to work well, definitely increases sperm count.

    I'll try almost anything once.
I won't be trying this again.
Expensive. Can't tell if the effects are real or placebo. I'm thinking maybe a little of both.

I'd recommend just taking on it's own, when your emotional/physiological state is stable, so you can really see what the effects are.

    Take a scientific approach!

in this case, no arguments from me there mate! =)

but since almost every pct state is "different" (emotionally, psyiologically), it will be tough to islolate the effects of Maca.

It's funny. Over the years, I've tried almost every supplement, or at least a good majority of them. the top of my fridge looks like a "who's who" in the supplement world. then i began to ask myself, do i feel significantly better now that i'm taking everything under the sun? and the answer was surprisingly "not really". so as my inventory began to deplete, i didn't bother to restock most of the items. I still feel pretty much the same, but my WALLET feels 100% better!!

Cant argue with that, i feel most supps are bs, but like you i am willing to try the ones that have some kind of research done on them, other than the company selling them. My wallet looks like shat...haha but yeah im going to try the macca during cycle and pct and see if it helps...for the price it cant hurt.
