    first cycle 400 mg test e, prop

    ok so just posting my stats , cycle details and progress for information for begginners i guess , opinions welcome positive or negative
    so iv got two vials of test e 300mg/ml
    one vial of deca 300mg/ml
    and was given 3 ml of prop 300mg/ml age 22 , low bf , start weight 71 kg i was going to do a test deca cycle, but after much research decided to listen to the pros and do a test only first cycle
    a bit of history, been training for 3 years , have a very fast metabolism , went from 61 kg at age 18 to 77 kg last june where a shoulder injury from work put me out of traning until about 3 months ago during my time of training dropped to 69 kg , had already bought the gear ages ago , and didnt plan on useing it until i got back to 77 but i gave into temptation and 6 weeks ago i started my first cycle heres how it went , oh and got adex and letro on standby for gyno , and clom/ nolva for pct


    diet , is very high in carbs , my protein is bulk gainer , carbs 70 % protein 20% taken between every meal and before bed
    an average day of my diet

    5am half eggwhites half milk 400ml
    6am cereal , some fruit ,2 peice of toast
    8 am 1500 kj of bulk shake
    9;30 am large serve of beef and rice ,pasta beef, rice chicken or fish rice , you get the idea, protien with lots of carbs
    10;30 1500kj serve of bulk shake
    12;30 lunch , simaler to smoko
    2:30 bulk shake
    4;00 finish work , sandwich , and fruit , gym at 5;00
    bulk shake after gym
    7;00 ish dinner pasta , steak or chicken schnitzel , mash potato , salad ,
    8 ish ice cream or other dessert 8;30 bulk shake
    bed
    210mg test e , every 4 days (0.7 ml) week 1- 12
    300 mg prop spread out over eod week 1
    200mg prop '' '' week2
    100mg prop '' '' week 3


    i have some pics taken every few weeks il post when iv got sum spare time

    wk1 had no problems with pinning , towards end of week 1 felt libido picking up no noticable change in weight

    wk 2 big rise in sex drive 73 kg by mid week to , starting to get bigger pumps at gym , strengh going up alot

    wk 3 74 kg boners randomly, girlfriend having trouble keeping up in bed massive pumps

    wk 4 76 kg strengh through the roof ,pumps huge , noticing a big difference , people at gym looking at me funny

    wk 5 79 kg veins starting to pop up in my traps through my chest and other places i didnt know i had veins , appetite increasing massively

    wk 6 at end of week six now and 82 kg every one asking wat im on including parents

    will keep you guys posted , just goes to show that theres no need for deca or anything but test in a first cycle

    You are too young to be considering AAS. Don't take a chance w/your HPTA. It's not worth it. Get that diet together as it's lacking quite a bit, along w/a solid training routine and you will make gains. Hit the Nutrition Section and get their opinions on your current diet.

    the general consensus in this forum is.. no gear before 25yrs old. well, you can still start, but you probably wont get any encouragements here.

    but i may be wrong, lets wait a while and see..

    I agree with the other guys it would have been better to wait a bit but since you're 6 weeks in i think it would be wise to run the a-dex ED. there's a good article floating around here about the need for an AI on cycle and correlation between estrogen (swifto made the article)

    Agree with magicstick2003, better to run adex during cycle to prevent rather than cure.
    Great results so far, How are you going with the sides at moment? Im 27 an about to run my first test cycle just looking to gain as much info first

    ok guys , il check out the diet section , , the main reason i substitute so many meals with bulk shakes is because im working 11 hour days ,5 days week at the moment , and food preperation time is limited , thanks for ur advice , is 0.5 mg eod enough adex for this cycle?

    no sides so far except a small amount of pimples , and having to replace all my work pants,due to the buttons popping of , also cheeks looking slightly puffy

    If you've previously had a shoulder injury, using the deca may have been a very good idea. With your increased strength and consequent increase in weight your pushing at the gym, be very, very careful with that shoulder. Right now I'd say that you're running a huge risk of reinjury which may end up proving the gains you get from this cycle to be for nothing. Make sure you're taking extra precautions in the form of warm-ups and pay close attention to any pain you may begin to feel from the shoulder. Deca does wonders for preventing joint injury and even aiding in the healing process of an injured joint. Not to mention the fact that deca is a great addition to a bulking cycle. At any rate, good luck and your gains so far are very inspirational, glad to see you're enjoying your cycle so much. You've read all of the cautionary statements regarding your age, but since your'e already half-way through the cycle there's really no point in lecturing you any further. Just make sure that your PCT protocol is spot-on for the sake of preventing any further damage to your HPTA at this point. I also highly encourage you to begin HCG therapy immediately if that is an option for you, as this will further dissuade any suppression-related damage to your gonads.     week 7 83 kg, decided to cut down cycle to 8 weeks , gains this cycle....12kg , hoping for another 3

    Any reason you cut it down to 8 weeks? Obviously the advice given by the other posters is sound but I'm interested to see if you've had any sides as a result.

    sorry for the late reply , yeah i cut it down to 8 weeks , only sides were a few pimples , shrunk balls , very happy with the results , at week 8 was 84 kg , by the end of pct i was 81 kg , now about a month out of pct im still 81 , so gained 13kg and kept 10kg not to bad for 8 weeks at a lower than recommended dose

    Well do to the health risks we dont offer cycle advice to anyone under 25.But I will tell you this much if you cant eat right you wont keep anything IF you gain it.
