I am 55 years old. Been lifting 10 years. 4-5 days a week. 208 lbs. 5-11 BF 22% I have done a cycle ayear for the last 5 yrs. I am just finishing a 10 wk. cycle of test e 250 wk eq 200 wk. The last was double that. I went less to see what would happen. My strength grew about the same but not as much muscle. What would be a good dose for my age. I have clomid and nolvadex for pct. I find keeping gains difficult. I work 1 muscle group a day. 45 min. Any advice would be appreciated.
