    I need advice

    I am 55 years old. Been lifting 10 years. 4-5 days a week. 208 lbs. 5-11 BF 22% I have done a cycle ayear for the last 5 yrs. I am just finishing a 10 wk. cycle of test e 250 wk eq 200 wk. The last was double that. I went less to see what would happen. My strength grew about the same but not as much muscle. What would be a good dose for my age. I have clomid and nolvadex for pct. I find keeping gains difficult. I work 1 muscle group a day. 45 min. Any advice would be appreciated.

    you may not be gaining as much as you would like because of diet.
    eq sucks at any dose.
    500mg is plenty
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I think my diet is on. 300 g of protien No sugars No fried foods. Tired of grilled chicken. Sometimes I wonder if my gear is what its suppose to be. My source moved away and I found a site. More watery than the others. Just trying to stay strong for my occupation. I have been reading advice from this forum for 2 yrs. Great group of dedicated people who give of their time to help others. Greatly appreaciated. I know their are things I can do better. Advice would be great. Thanks

    500mgs is preferred. What about carbs in your diet? What is your occupation? Maybe over training?

    I am a commercial fisherman. Not much carbs. How much do I need daily. You think overtraining might be a problem. I train the same muscle group about every 5 days. I make gains, but I lose it over time. I am 55. You think that is an issue for losing gains.

    If EQ sucks. Should I go Test E alone or add something else to replace EQ. I added the EQ to cut fat.

    EQ is a waste. im not to skilled with that age, as im sure it plays a part.
    much smarter guys on here than me.

    i would suggest HGH with the test, actually u will stay on the HGH and cycle the test in.
    have ur diet cut the fat...

    Ya give your diet a look at. And 500 mg is plenty. I would run just a test cycle. But matters your goals

    Thanks for the advice. My goals are to keep age at bay, if possible. Maintain strength because of my occupation. Feel good and look good. I believe I am in better health because of it. I need power to fight those alligators we catch. LOL

    I dont know much about HGH. I will do some research on it. I know there are options out there that I no nothing about. At my age its critical I do it right. I appreciate the help.
