For sus250 i have a 19gauge 1 1/2 im gonna use that to draw from the vial and to inject i have a 23Gx1 1/4 will the 23 gauge work for both quad and butt or whats best?

That'll be just fine for both.

That gauge & length will work for both locations. But most generally I use 1-1/2" for glutes & 1" for everywhere else.

use an 18g to draw.

glute injections : 23 gauge 1.5 inch needles will do
thigh injections : 25 gauge 1 inch needles will do
delts injections : 25 gauge 1 inch needles will do.
