Clen + Keto + Yohimbine - Need some assistance

I have been out of the game for awhile now and it's time to get back in. I've been running for the last few weeks and dieting and I'm about 2 weeks away from stepping it up. Ive got some legit liquid form clenbuterol, ketotifen fumarate and yohimbine and I'm looking for some knowledgable assistance on doses, intervals, stacking, etc. I did a few cycles when I was younger and still in the corps, so I know what to expect when I get further along, but it's like starting from scratch now. Like I said, I would appreciate any and all help from those who know.

You should track down the clen faq, but here is some quicky advice:

Clen: 40mcg day one and see how the sides are. Go up 20 - 40 mcgs a day up to a max of 160mgc. Only increase if you are fine with the sides.

Keto: this will allow you to do Clen for more than two weeks. I have read as little as 2mg/day will work. Others may say more.

Yohimbine: no idea. :)

As always, I recommend doing a lot of reading so you know what you are putting in your body.
