    need help with this stuff

i've been taking medicine for ADHD since i was 7 years old. this has left me developing much slower than others.
i know i will probably get alot of negative feedback but here goes nothing
i am 18 year old male
    135lbs
    5 foot 10 inches
    BMI 19
    BMR 1673
    BF perc. 17%

i played football all four years of highschool, always in the weight room with football, baseball, and wrestling. One thing i always noticed is that i could never really notice myself looking any bigger. i have stayed skinny. from 8th grade until senior year i grew about .75 to an inch a year and gaining maybe 7 to 10 lbs a year. it has halted now. still working out and staying as physically fit as possible i just seem to be stuck. i have been loosing interest for a while, but now it seems that i have come down to trying a cycle.

im wondering if anyone would be able to recommend a beginners cycle to me? i understand everyone isnt a doctor, but im sure yall know more about it rather than me just getting which ever i did the most research on and seemed most appealing... thanks guys (i can post pictures if needed)

It all boils down to diet. ADD medication will not make you develop slower. I didnt gain much weight in hight school either, stayed under 145 lbs until I was early 20s. Knowing what I know now it was because of what I ate. If I had eaten GOOD food and not empty calories I would have been much bigger. I also over trained. If I had cut it down to 1 hr a day, 1 body part a week instead of working out 6x a week, 2 hrs a day and working each body part 2-3x a week it would have made a BIG difference.

Trying steroids now at your age will only compound future problems and do nothing to help you long term. You will get this advice over and over because it's true and a lot of us have lived your life and only want to help you not make the same mistakes many of us have.

Steroids are the last thing you need. As lovbyts said, it all comes down to diet. I suggest you hit the Nutrition Section and Workout Section. Getting those 2 down, along w/a good diet, you will get results.

    Good Luck

You played football at 135lbs? were you a kicker? Bro diet is the key here, if you can`t learn to eat you just won`t get bigger.
