    Thoughts of this cutting cycle.

    Hello all.

    Me
    24yo
    6"4 242lbs sitting around 14-16% BF
    Macro break down
    270.7g Carbs
    85.4g Fat
    240g Protein
    2707.4 Calories

    Roughly this is all with in 10 digits of exact...cheat meal twice a week.

    I'm really wanting to cut down this summer. I have never ran any kind of cycle.

    I was gonna run
    Tren acstate, Test prop, and Mastron prop all 50mg of each per 1ml

    I have 30ml all in all with 50ccs of Nolva for pct.

    What would be the best dosage to run for first cycle.

    How long have you been lifting. Tren shouldn't be ran first cycle too harsh and the protocol is test only for a first cycle. How much of your diet is coming from shakes?

    I've been lifting since I was 17. I only have 1 scoop of whey a day.

    You bought the wrong compounds for a first cycle. Running that mix for a first cycle is a bad idea. Test alone is best for a first cycle, you start taking all kinds of compounds and you won`t know what is causing problems if you get side effects. Also Nolva alone is not adequate for pct.

    You don't know how your body's going to react to the Test let alone Tren and Masteron. Stick with the Test for the first cycle and you can use the Tren and Mast later.

    What would be a good dosage for a test only cycle for a guy my size and age.

    Get some test E or Test C and run 500mg for 10-12weeks. The nice thing about these compounds is twice per week injections vs the every other day shots from the first cycle you suggested. PCT should be both Nolva and Clomid for about 4 weeks starting roughly 2 weeks after last test shot.

    I personally feel there's no point in running a cycle if yu can't keep gains.. The most important thing yu should familiarize yourself with is PCT!! Make it as beefy as possible. Read up bro. look into HCG for on cycle

    Thanks everyone.

    My body has never responded to medications of any type but I know this is a new game. I'm gonna start the test e althought I keep getting mixed weather to go 400-500mg a week. I can get Test e dosed at 400mg/ml.

    Would it be better to wait until I bulked after summer to just run test on it's own. I don't know if I could get the full benefiet out of it while cutting...if you know what I'm meaning.

    I would go with 500mg/week for 12 weeks if I were you. You can cut on test e. Cutting has way more to do with diet than what steroids you are taking. I guess that would be up to you if you want to wait until after the summer. Normally it is always suggested to do bulking cycles for your first few cycles then start doing cutting cycles. But you are a pretty big guy already. Maybe try to cut down naturally to say 12% bf then start the cycle and try to put on lean mass while maintaining that bf%.

    What are your goals from this cycle? I know you said to cut but be more specific like what weight and bf% would you like to be at after the cycle?

    Also you should run a ai like arimidex or aromasin while on cycle. What is your plan for pct?

    Ultimately I would like to be hover around 10%BF for the summer and drop down on certain occasions. I would also like to try to increase my strenght. That's what I was getting at about not being able to eat enough. I get torn..I get mad at myself when I get weaker haha, but it's a sacrifice I'll have to make to get lower bf%

    Prop, tren, and mast has been a very popular cutting cycle for many years now but not one for a beginner

    i no but i remember this board use to be full of dbol users lol whered they go?? im kinda just hatin right now cuz its gonna be impossible to find tren in the future when every1 is on it lol

    The dbol users are still here and always will be. A pill sounds easier to most people. Once again tren has been around for a long time with a lot of guys using it. Nothing is new.

    Op sorry for hijacking this thread. My advice would be to focus on diet and you can cut on any compound.

    Diet is my #1 priority.

    My only other question is cardio..most people I know personally that use never do cardio. I like to run a couple times a week, just some slow 5.5mph jogging or 7.5mph runs a few times a week.

    bro if your really tryin to cut and look shredded i would do a lot of cardio like 5 to 6 times a week about an hour with a perfect diet. with test e you might bloat a little.

    YES! Do cardio if you want to cut, its a must. With the right diet and cardio along with the gear, fat will literally melt off you. I would say AT LEAST 3 days a week min...I personally do cardio upwards of 5 times a week and always change it up to keep your body guessing...ie; run on the treadmill the first couple days, then hit the elliptical for the next couple days, then maybe the bike after that. I even just like to walk at a steep incline at a slow pace for like 30 min(real azz kicker!) This type of change-up really works well for me. Cause believe it or not, your body gets used to things and adapts so you have to surprise it from time to time, same with your workouts...Good luck!

    I have some good first hand experience for you


    I have run 6 cycles, Started my 7th this week

    I'm running that same mix Tren A, Prop, Masteron.... And it's painful as well... I have literally not been able to walk normal since my first day of injections,,, and I have injected myself plenty of times.

    You will not enjoy it, I promise you.

    Secondly, You seem pretty fit. A Test Enth cycle would do wonders for you. Run some test enth and if you wanna do two compounds (Not recommended for a first cycle) Throw in some Equipoise or some dbol.

    Here are some good example cycles for you:

    1) Test Enth @ 500mg/wk for 12-14 weeks
    Dbol @ 50mg/every day for first 4 weeks to kick start cycle

    2) Test Enth @ 500mg/wk for 14-16 weeks
    Equipoise @ 600mg/wk for 12 weeks



    Both PCT needs Nolvadex and Clomid
