hey guys, as the title says i'm in the process of organizing my first cycle and have a couple questions i'm hoping you guys here at ar can shed some light on. i'm currently twenty-two and one hundred seventy-two pounds (bf % unknown but don't feel it's anything over 18%). i've been working out six days a week for the past six months and understand the importance of a good diet - with that said am looking to hit two hundred pounds before summer so have slowly been putting all the pieces together. is there any conditioning i should do prior to starting my cycle? also are the amounts relatively conservative? any comments and/or criticism would greatly be appreciated, i'm a little paranoid but overall know it'll be worth it.
any recommendations on what pct as well as dosage? i'm thinking nolva or clomid but am unsure how much. please don't flame, new to the whole scene and while i've been searching know everyone is different and don't want to end up dead ...
