Yup its true. Im crossing over and I'm gonna start a cycle. Since is this is my first I just wanna keep it a tad on the lower side. I just wanna do an 8 week cycle. Heres What i'll be doing. Any suggestions would be great.
What Im trying to do is build some nice muscle while Im trying to lose some bf.
Week 1-8 500mg's of Sustanon250 every monday/thursday
Week 1-4 30mg's of D-bol everyday.
week 9 clomid
The Diet:
8 egg whites with salsa
cup of oatmeal
Mesotech meal replacement shake
1 ½ cans of tuna
150gm of greens iie: green beans, broccoli
half of a sweet potato
8-10 ounces of chicken
150 gms of veggies
Protein shake 50grams(post workout)
cup of 1 % cottage cheese
40-50 gms of protein mixed with water/ 5ml of flax
Alternative meals
100gms of whole wheat rice
8-10 ounces of lean cut steak
150gm of veggies
8 egg whites/ 1 yolk
2 pieces of 12 grain break
1 piece of fruit
1 small cup of yogurt
working out intense 4 days a week.
Cardio in the am for 30 minutes 5 days a week
additional supplements:
-Xenadrine
-Whey protein(duh)
-Milk thrisle
-Glutamine
