Your BP isnt that bad, I have seen far worse.

Increased BP will cause kidney issues (impaired function).

You should also be using an AI (Aromasin 10mg/ED), not Tamox 10mg/ED on cycle. Using the AI and brining down estrogen may actually help lower BP as well.

I wouldn't worry at 133/97 but plenty of vitamins help. Flaxseed antioxidants ginger omegas. List goes on.. some go to doctor to get pills. And to answer question. Mine goes up just a little on test only. Other compounds alot

Definitely keep an eye on it. Mine went to 170/(I forget) last time and I had to cut my plans short to deal with the problem. High BP is not to be messed with.

How often and where do you get your BP checked while on cycle? Surely those machines at CVS pharmacy are not the most accurate things. Or are they?

That diastolic number is concerning. And increased bp is a side effect of every AAS. Definitely introduce an AI. Hawthorne berry extract and even daily cialis would be good as well.

Do those electronic BP measuring wrist machines really work ? I have a cardiologist buddy who told me those things arent too reliable and the only way to get the most accurate BP measure is to use that thing that they wrap around your arm with the little pump and pressure gauge along with a stetoscope.

Yep accurate more so than a human oscultating with a sphignomanometer!!! The systolic top number is accurate the MAP is even more accurate, and the diastolic is estimated. New AHA guidelines say under 120/80.

Using an AI during the cycle can help reduce bloat and water retention which will help lower your BP.

No way. No BP machine can match a trained ear with a decent stethoscope.

I use a dynamap every ,3 minutes for 12 - 16 hour shifts on critical patients that I'm anesthetizing and with proper cuff sizing and pla***ent they are dead on with invasive direct radial arterial line pla***ent, eliminates variability of stethoscope bell pla***ent, human hearing limitations, and acute differences in human auditory acuity. This is stated in ASA guidelines, and also mechanized, standardized non-invasive pressures hold more weight in court than human auscultations.

I'm tried half heartedly to find 2012 guidelines but didn't feel like reading them right now. If you are using the same machine or the same trained person that is better than using different machines each time or different people each time. Humans prob still considered Gold standard but automated dynamaps that directly measure MAP have been FDA, JACHO, approved since I entered healthcare profession in 1989.

Ok, well maybe your Dynamap is awesome, but all the hospital and EMS (lifepack) automated cuffs I've used gave much more erratic readings than auscultation.
