    first time

    Done my first pin of test. No pain but i noticed a little lump lol. Is that normal. Thanks guys.

    Yea a lump is fairly normal, just take a hot shower and massage the area, should subside.
    If it starts looking read and feeling hot and doesn't improve In 2-3 days take some anti biotics as you may have an infection

    When u pin next, leave the needle in your muscle for longer, then remove!
