    direct muscle injections

I've done a few cycles and have always injected in the glute, quad, or delt. Are there differences/benefits to injecting elsewhere?

Your sites will get tender and worn out when injecting ed or eod for long periods so it's nice to have a few sites to inject in.

Rotating helps from building up scar tissue.

I've always rotated around between them, but I've read a few ppl on here injecting in the bicep or tricep, etc. I've yet to have pain or tenderness.

I put 2.5cc's in my tri's all the time, I get to do it tomorrow in fact. If you have pinned ed for any amount of time you would know 2 injection sites are nowhere near enough. It sucks once your sites start getting used up, they stay sore forever.

By 2 sites I mean two muscles like glutes and delts. I could get away with glutes, quads, and delts for a 8-10 weeks with eod injects probably. I've been doing ed since the beginning of november and I need some new sites. I do glutes, quads, delts, and triceps.

I personally prefer to inject larger muscles. I've read numerous times that using larger muscles aids in faster absorption due to the fact that those muscles, being larger, have more veins and more bloodflow going through them. I've never read any scientific studies to back this up, but logic validates this for me. I've also always noticed that I don't suffer from acne until about a week after pinning my delts. This could be nothing more than coincidence, of course, but all the same I prefer the glutes and thighs. I inject both glutes and three different places on each thigh, totaling eight different injection sites, and by rotating these sites I never have to worry about hitting the same site more than once every week and a half.

I did chest the other day and it felt fine the first day, but then it hurt really bad for over a week. I couldn't even do my chest workout. So for now I am sticking to quads, delts and glutes...

I did glutes once and hated it, couldnt walk for 3 days and i was a waiter at the time... definately never doing that again!

i like pec, bi's, tri's, delts, and quads for my injects. ( i only use prop, so its ED injections)
also be sure ot work whatever body part you inject that same day, it really helps iwth the 'knotting' issue.

the absorption rate is slowest in the glutes, and faster in delts and other lean muscle groups but it really doesnt matter b/c its estered and takes time to actually break it down to use it anyways. So go with whats best for pain and tenderness of the spot and ull be fine.
