    My 10 day Suspension prework report.

    Current stats- 26 5'10 210 15%
    Diet Calorie deficit -300 to -500 daily

    Current cycle:
    Week 1-4 50mgs prop ED
    Week 1-12 600mgs sust EW
    Week 4-12 250iu hcg 2x Ew

    Pct Nolva/ Clo
    Cycle goal: To keep size, cut down to low bf to prepare for a heavy bulk cycle

    I ran this course week 5 of my cycle.

    Suspension was a sachet consisting of 5ml @ 100mg/ml

    The sachet must be disinfected and shaken vigorously prior to withdrawing the compound

    My protocol was 50mgs 2 hours prior to work outs


    Each injection was made in the muscle group I planned on training that particular day. Injecting susp feels like injecting sandy water. The only remedy is pushing the plunger 3x slower than an oil based compound.


    My reviews

    Training intensity: The was an increase but it was very mild. I was hoping based on other reports that I would experience something more explosive.

    Training duration: During the 10 days I felt as if I could pull off a 3 hours work out non stop. This category is really where I felt the susp the most. My endurance and stamina increased dramatically.

    Muscle recovery: This was another area of great improvement. I felt as if I could train a muscle group 1-2 days right after I killed it.

    Weight Gain: I gained 2lbs during the 10 days I was on. Its difficult for me to measure whether it was water or not because my weight is constantly dropping due to my dieting.

    Mood: I did notice a general mood improvement after a few days of being on. The only thing I can compare it to is dbol in that regard.

    Side: None


    I tried to be as comprehensive as possible. So feel free to ask anything I failed to include.

    50mg a day u should be happy with that. i do 100mg a day and im a beast in there, stronger and i can keep going heavy and hard even at the end of my workout. its nothing like halo but its pretty side effect free other then aggression in the gym, but not to the point where u snap easily. i like suspention or well tne in my case

    I don't get any added aggression from tne, I wanna try water bases susp though. How was pip? The best pre workout steroid I've tried so far is methyl 5aa but good luck finding it.

    Pip is minimal. Once you get it in, any soreness is gone within an hour or so.
