I have just started my fourth week taking Test Cyp, 250 one time per week.
Stats: 32, 170, 18% BF, Diet is in check and I am eating clean, With a trainer 5 times per week, 40 minutes lifting/30 minutes cardio.
Question: I feel like I can tear down a wall in addition to impressive strength gains. However, I have not seen any real physical gains in muscle or weight gain. I have heard that results don't show until week 4 or 5 but I am getting discouraged. What are your thoughts?
