History: 1st cycle sust 250/week
2nd sust 550/week deca 300/week
Now starting andropen 550/week deca 500/week.
So my biggest issue is my arms. They dont grow nearly as fast as the rest of my body. Genetics i guess cuz i go heavy, right form and do arms twice a week. Would pining my bicep or just normal shoulder pining help this a little? I pinned my thighs all my cycle. Any advice would be appreciated
