Ok. So after I embarrassed myself with the "Green"ness of my last post I did several, SEVERAL hours of reading on this site and feel like I can speak a little more intelligently. Here goes...
First my stats- I am 30 years old, 5'8" and currently weigh 165 at about 5 to 10% body fat. I am very active daily and my maintenance caloric intake is right around 3,000 calories a day. I am primarily interested in the strength benefits of a cycle and am not trying to gain weight so I plan on staying right around that calorie number, eating 6 meals a day (not including PWO and before bed) dividing up my calories into basically 30 g of protein per meal and then alternating between higher carbs and fat. (high end of carbs = 80 to 85 g per meal, high end of fat = 10 g per meal ((fat total being 10 to 15 % of my daily calories)) ) So my first question is... Is this a reasonable diet plan to see the strength gains I'm looking for?
Second: Gear- I plan on cycling Testosterone Cypionate at 400 mg per week for 12 weeks after which I will do PCT with Week Nolvadex, HCG, Aromasin, and Vitamin E for six weeks at these dosages: (this is plagiarized directly from the site)
1 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
2 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
3 20mgs/day 500iu/day 20-25mgs/day 1000iu/day
4 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
5 20mgs/day 20-25mgs/day
6 20mgs/day
I also have on hand Nandrolone Deconate that I was considering adding in for the first 10 weeks at 400 mg per week.
So the next questions are... Is this a reasonable cycle/PCT plan? - Should I add in the deca? What about "front-loading"?
Third: Workout Plan-
Monday- am cardio - swimming / running 1 hr pm sport-specific exercises/drills (2hrs.)
Tuesday- am full body weight training (warm up/core/olympic lifts/secondary((upper body))/cool down/stretch)
Wednesday- am cardio - swimming / running 1 hr pm sport specific exercises/drills (2hrs.)
Thursday- am circuit training (anaerobic) pm sport specific exercises/drills (2hrs.)
Friday- am sport specific exercises/drills pm full body weight training (...((lower body))...)
Saturday- am cardio swimming/running 1 hr pm sport specific exercises/drills (2hrs.)
Sunday- am circuit training (anaerobic)
Next question... Does this seem like a reasonable workout plan?
Miscellaneous questions... What things do you out there with more experience wish you would have known going into your first cycle?
Thank you to anyone who helps me.
