how to separate 50 mg winny tabs

I did a search but i couldnt find the answer to my question, i am starting 50 mg winnny tabs this friday, i have 30 , my question is do i eat the whole pill in the morning, or do i cut the pill up in certain amount of pieces and swallow them through out the day, please help me thanks

you can use a pill cutter, but I just bite off half in the morning, and chew the other half at night.

you can cut it in half once in the morning and once in the evening. But IMO I would just chew the thing at once in the afternoon. Drink some grapefruit juice for absorption.

is there a certain time i should take it , i usually lift around 3 pm , dos that have an effect on it?

It is better to split them up into 2 dosages 25mg in the morning and 25 later in the day, because of the half life. But many just pop the entire thing once a day. If you decide to split them into 2 separate dosages the only way that you can be as accurate as possible and keep from losing some of it is with a pill spliter like someone mentioned above.

If your gonna split your pills, I would suggest you purchase a pill splitter. You can get them at your local drug store for a couple of bucks. Its alot easier and neater than trying to split them with a knife. I would suggest a dose in the A.M, then another dose before retiring.
