Hey guys, first cycle in 3 yrs and want some opinions. I've done plenty of strength cycles for when I competed in powerlifting, but this is the first time ill be doing a cutter. I let myself go real bad w 2 yrs of poor diet and lack of exercise. Long story short, I've dieted from 320 to 266 since Sept of last yr. I've been able to keep all my strength and reduce strictly bf. I'm about 6'1" and 266 w an approx bf of 18% I've adjusted my diet over the past few months to drop at a rate of 2 lbs a wk. I'm planning on starting this the middle.of April and be 250ish w 13-15% bf.
