Tesosterone test results help
Recently got blood work taken for a testosterone test.. Can anyone give me some input on my results?
I have looked everywhere online for an answer regarding this statement that came along with my Testosterone Test Results.
__________________________________________________ _________
TESTOSTERONE , TOTAL (TESTOS) 223.0 249 - 836 ng/dL L
Result may be lower than expected if specimen is not collected in the early
morning due to circadian variations of testosterone .

I am age 24 btw...223 is my testosterone level..any input would be great. thanks!

Ive never taken anything before. Have you heard of circadian variations? I'm guessing my doctor is going to try and tell me that's why my results were so low because it wasn't done in the early morning..I have the Time stamp when the test was taken it says 11:00am .

They can fluctuate some during the day. Also if you didnt get enough sleep or stress can lower your levels. But your are very low for your age. So even with everything perfect and first thing in the morning test i dont see it increasing that much

I looked everywhere for information on it and to be honest it all looks like gibberish to me when reading anything about it. I am looking for something to say to my doctor if he gives me this excuse to deny me of 'whatever I need' ... Is this very low for a 24 year old male?
