ectomorph body type, split workout routine,I also do alot of cardio 30min in morning and about 20 minutes at night, 6-8 reps each set
Goals are get stronger and fitter.... Yes its probably more cardio than some but I love it so I aint stoppin
Diet Consist of
Meal 1 7am: 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites 1 cup broccoli, protein shake with 1 banana, 1/2 punnet strawberries 1/4 blueberries, 1 cup oats
Meal 2 10am: 6 baby carrots, 6 sticks celeray, 1 cup brown rice protein shake and 40 grams of almonds
Pre workout: Protein shake, nitric oxide (jack3d)
Post workout: Protein Shake, dextrose. will start supplementing with creatine after I finish my cycle im currently planning
Meal 3 1:30pm: 250grams chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli or asparagus, baby spinach with carrots tomato, pepper/capsicum
Meal 4: 3:30pm: 200grams turkey or 2 boiled eggs with 6 baby carrots celeray, apple
Meal 5: 6:00pm: only meal that varies during each day. Normaly steak with green beans potato and pumpkin or chicken breast and salad
Meal 6: 8:30pm: casein protein with milk.

I am looking into starting a test propionate + deca-durabolin cycle but i want to get all my pct and knowledge right before I go buying it
weeks 1-8: test prop 70mg ED and 400mg deca split into 2 shots (mon, thur)
weeks 8-12: test prop 70mg. (totals 500mg per week of test)
3 days after last pin of test prop pct starting PCT - Nolva - 40/20/20/20 + Clomid - 100/50/50/50
Any info on minizing sides would be great aswell. Thanks for reading guys !!!
