    First post, first cycle

    Whats up fellas?! I have some sustabolic 250 and Methanex 10's. Whats sounds like the best dosage for these per week. Ill break down my stats.

    Height- 5'8"
    Weight- 215
    Age- 31
    12 years in the gym.

    About 14%. My goal right now is put on about 10-15 pounds. Im not sure if Id call myself natty. Ive done some Ph's back in the day. I hit a plateau a couple years ago so Im ready move up

    how much sustanon do you have ?

    and do you have a knowledge of the importance of pct, using an a.i. on cycle and even the addition of hcg?

    10 ml. I have some knowledge of on/off cycle pct. My contact is getting that stuff this week. Not much knowledge on hcg though. I do have access to anything I may need to add.

    personally i would run the sustanon at 1ml split twice a week monday am and thursday pm for 12 weeks

    look into armidex or aromasin for use as an a.i. on cycle to prevent estrogen becoming too high which will bring its own problems

    hcg is used on cycle to prevent your natural test from shutting down completely which makes recovery easier and prevents testicular atrophy (balls shrinking)

    these threads should get you started on pct and a.i. and hcg there is many stickys etc full of info on any other subjects you may have questions on so have a read, plan a proposed pct, a.i. and hcg protocol and post it up here to let somebody critique it

    I could simply tell you what to use and when, but its better if you fully understand the reasons yourself and how they work rather than somebody just saying use a and b because you need to. . . . .

    DanB- In terms of weight and the advice you gave me what kind of gains might I expect?

    well with your current stats it seems like you are able to eat and know the importance of your diet, so I would say that your goal of 10 or 15lbs is within reach, while mabey even dropping a % bodyfat or two . . . . .
