Test Enanthate + Anavar + Winstrol Cycle
Ok,
so this is my 2nd cycle. the first was Test Enanthate + Anavar for 12 weeks..
Now im planning a 10 week cycle,
Test Enanthate 500 mg/week
Anavar 40 mg ED
Winstrol 40 mg ED
Stats:- 185 lbs, 16% bf, 26 year old..
my main goal is to bring my bf % down to 10. Not really concerned with building mass. just want to get lean. Diet is in check. PCT standard protocols..
Workout: 3x a week
Cardio: 3x a week
i know some may say run Test Prop if yu want to cut down the fat but i really want to avoid injecting OED, which is why im going with Test E..
your thoughts on this cycle. any advice and tips are more than welcomed..

You plan on running all 3 for 10 weeks? Too much imo. What are your workouts like, and how tall are you?

2 orals at the same time isn't a good idea. Just pick one and do more cardio than 3x week if you can. To lean out and lose weight there's gotta be a calorie deficit obviously so idk if just three days of cardio will do it. Then again idk what your workouts are like

Well i am 6 feet tall..
my workout schedule is as follows:-
Monday:- Cardio
Tuesday:- Lower Body
Wednesday:-Cardio
Thursday:- Back & Biceps
Friday:- Cardio & Abs
Saturday:- Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Sunday:- Off
On my first cycle, i came down from 28% bf to 13% with moderate cardio & a high protein low carb diet. Anyway diet aint the problem, thats sorted..
This time, i want to add one thing to the cycle, preferably an oral..
what will the benefits be of running Var & Winstrol at 40mg each ed for the first 8 weeks of the cycle?

You dropped 15% b/f?? had you never worked out before? when was this last cycle? try tweaking your workout and cardio. There's no reason you shouldnt be able to drop 3% after already dropping 15.....

yea i agree! dropping 15 points is allot of fat losage so congrats on that! ur diet needs some work imo, i dnt think unneed gear to drop the bf again.

I would get to 10-12% natty and then run test var and u should like results

Your only going to workout 3X a week and run that much gear. Its a waste. I would be doing 2 a days with cardio twice a day as well and eating like a gorilla.
If you are going to run winny, run the depot not the oral

There are a lot of things wrong here. 2 Oral's is a terrible idea, you need to do more cardio if you're cutting. We need to see your diet, your workout split needs work.... Chest shoulders and triceps I feel is too much for one day. IMO I think when running gear you should be lifting at least 4 days a week with only 2 muscle groups per day to get a good quality workout.
Dropping 15% bf is pretty impressive especially with only moderate cardio.

I also agree with the others the whole regime needs work. you should be more than capable of obtaining the results you want without gear.

and if you do get those results without gear, imagine the results with gear if your continue with same diet and routine..
