    Volume per injection site

Going to try Injecting calfs for the first time tomorrow. I need to inject 1.5ml. Has anyone ha experience with injecting this site?

Iv read a few conflicting reports on how much you can inject. Read some saying 1ml up to 2ml... Would like a bit of clarification...

Iv done up to 2.5 ml in quads, glutes and Delts with no probs.

Well considering your middle deltoid which is a common spot can hold 2ml maybe even more if you are a big guy, then i really dont see any reason why calfs cant hold more considering they are a bigger muscle than middle deltoid.

The only thing is that it will probably hurt like hell beeing virgin muscle and beeing involved in the walking movement. Think you'll get a limp for a few days.

Only reason I would choose the calfs is if I was doing synthol and then I might as well be putting it between my ears. LOL

Honestly no shame in backing out at this point. A smart man will know when to walk away. Tomorrow may be to late and you wont be able to walk at all. LOL

I'm up to 3cc's ed now. I put 3 in my tri's, delts, quads, and glutes. No more pain than with 1cc or 2cc's.

I'd like to experiment with synthol in my calves. Having a light frame calves have always been a problem. Sorry to hijack the thread.

No way i would go 1.5 ml in calfs. Especially not the first time. My first time i went with 1 ml and havent done them since.

I understand the size of the muslce is larger so in theory it can hold more but from personal experience, this muscle doesnt work the same way. I have enough other sites that i dont even bother with them anymore

I'm going to go with the good old glute shot when I run my first cycle. Don't see why people even do a calf shot. Seems dumb

When you get into everyday injections you have to hit other sites. My last cycle i used glutes, quads, pecs, delts, and bis. I have also tried traps, lats, tris, and calfs.

When i first started i only used glutes and delts

Calf should hold 2ml without a problem. The actual problem is virgin muscle. First times will suck ballls but after that you'll get used to it and wont have any problems.

let's just say I haven't really considered pinning calves since then.

    Good luck!

For me, it's amazing how much a glute can handle before any signes of soreness show up

I've been comfortable with 3mL in glutes and quads, and 2mL in delts and lats. I feel like expanding my horizons and including pecs, traps, bi's, and tri's. But calves seem like a no go for me, doesn't sound pleasant.

Ok I manned up and did it. Shot 150mg(1.5ml) Test Prop into my left calf! Was pretty much painless going in. The muscle is softer than most others do the pin took a bit longer to penetrate. Painless and walking normal for about 5mins. Now however I'm struggling to walk, lol. see how I go, going to have to tell my boss I have a cramp.

I do shot EOD so I need to change up sites. It is painfull but good to try

Biceps are more painful. Done them both and biceps hurt a lot.

Ok so just got home from work been about 13 hours since the injection. Spent the first half of tr day in pain but the more I started to walk around the better it got. Pretty much painless now, just felt like a really bad cramp. The actual injection however is a bit differant to my usual injection sites Delts, quads and glutes. The calf muscle seemed to be a lot more softer than other muscles so it took longer to pierce the skin. Afte the injection I felt a bit light headed and dry reached a couple of times. But I think that was due to it being a virgin muscle and my body not used to it. Even though I'm injecting EOD at the moment Delts, quads and glutes are more than enough to rotate through. So really unless doing ED injections I see no point personally for me injecting calfs.

But at least I can say iv tried it. Pecs and Lats is the next muscles to pin that I haven't tried.
