first time taking Danabol DS

hi there, this is my first time taking danabol DS and i would appreciate
it if somebody would help me with a cycle and what dose i need to take.
i would also like to know what anti-estrogen i need to take to prevent gynecomastia .

What are your stats? Height, Weight, Bodyfat, Age?

You seem like you know absolutely nothing about steroids so you should do some basic research about it.

yea i dont know much its my first time taking steroids , but i am doing my research on the steroids,
i am just looking some professions help with cycles and dosage

height 5ft 8in

weight 69kg

body fat 15.8%
