I want to do first cycle...
Stats-18yrs old
-5' 10''
-225lbs
-20-25% bf (guestimate)
Obviously i know im to young. All i want to be is a bodybuilder so many people claim arnold n alot of other started young. Including ALL of my buddies who are rock hard dryy and deisel. My diet is in check for the most part (check my diet forum) and training (check my training forum/post)

Corrreccctionnnn*** MOSSTTT of yal know ur shit. Alot of yal are little girls wit no cahoonays that think steroids or "gains" in general are supposed to be handed to them.
Dont get it twisted im loyal dedicated persistant and train hard. Try to learn and eat harder. No partying. No more weed or alcohol evryday. Sit at home on weekends n rest n eat n train.
No1 wants this more than me.

I hope you realize there is at least one person a day that comes on here and tries to justify why their use at a young age is because "they are dedicated and no one wants this more".
Age aside you are still no where near ready for AAS. Being 25% BF more than likely means your diet is way off. So lets start there. What is your daily diet?

Diet:
630am -egg white wit 2 or 3 whole eggs. Weight gainer protein shake with bcass and glutamine vitamin and fishoil
930am-protein shake (i want to find some type of wholefood) to go along with pbnj is not clean
1230pm- 1 pint of lowfat chocolate milk. Some type of wrap of food (school lunch) some type of fruit
300pm-whey protein shake with grilled chicken breast and brown rice with corn (i need to replace corn i heard its a bad veggi)
4-6 (training/cardio)
630-weight gainer with glutamine bcaas vitamin & fishoil & mono creatine
730pm-grilled chicken breast,1 cup brown roce. Veggi(corn needs replaced,its just convenient ina can)
9pm-canned tuna
12pm-casein with bcaas glutamine fish oil and multi vitamin (zmas also taken)
When i calculated
My diet a couple days ago it consisted of a pbnj at meal 2 also. My cals were around 3,400 protein was higher than reccomended carbs was good fats was a lil higher...thats all off memory

just focus on diet and cardio for now. your bf is pretty high, however at ur age u can drop that quick..
