cutting last 4 weeks
Hey bros, im about to start my last 4 weeks of my first cycle and i was thinking about cutting my cals by 1000 so going from 3700 to 2700 and cutting carbs to 30 g a day...my question is will the test n var help me from killing my muscles???

Ive gained around 15-17 lbs and lost some fat, but now i want to cut to get shreded for spring break...which start exactly the week i get done with the cycle, so i was thinking of staring to cut cals and carbs but increase protein intake like 2g per lbs of bw, my arms and chest have very little fat, mainly my belly and thighs are the ones that kill me, in the past i have been able to fix this by cutting almost all carbs and reducing carbs to 1900... but i loose alot of muscle mass at the same time, so i am wondering if by decreasing my cals and carbs will i loose a lot of muscle mass, i currently do cardio 3-4 xs a week for 30-45 mins but my legs feel like they are going to explode mad shin splins and cramps, what do you guys suggest...man i can see why people abuse aas...now that i only have four weeks left im feeling like u never wana come off hhahah , but i will do pct time off and jumping back on the devils wagon. Thanks for the advice.

well the steroids will help retain muscle while cutting. But dont cut the food to drastically. Its finding a balance
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
