Is there any correlation between vascularity and strength. Say of you were to take something to promote vascularity would it also help your strength.

Vascularity can be brought out by several factors (low BF/water retention, vasodilation, elevated RBCs, and glycogen retention).
While these are all affected by AAS (apart from vasodiclation, which is what those stupid NO products are about), increased vascularity itself has no effect on strength.
if vascularity did have an affecton strength, there would be a ton for freakishly strong super skinny guys walking around
I know that vascularity doesn't make you strong by itself but what I mean is if you were already strong but relatively low in vascularity would increasing your vascularity make you stronger. I have a twin brother. My fat % is less than his and I have 20 lbs of muscle on him. But his veins protrude way more than mine.
His veins always poke out. I have a few veins but not really any that just pop. I don't get it since we are twins .
no adding vascularity is not going to make you stronger.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
genetics.
Patrick beat me to it. Are you guys identical? If your genetics are identical then I would hypothesize that either his physical activity or diet are the factors of importance here. The amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline are precursors to Nitric Oxide, which plays an important role in vasodilation. Also, glutamine is a precursor to ornithine, which can be converted to citrulline by the intestine, and citrulline is transformed in the kidneys to arginine. So we see that four amino acids in particular play an important role in NO, which is why I say that his diet may be a factor. Perhaps he has a lower body fat percentage as well.

Also he hasn't worked out in two years. I on the other hand do mma, workout 5x a week, cardio 3-4 times a week. He refuses to do cardio.
No we aren't identical. I am taller, stronger, leaner, more athletic but he just has veins coming out of everywhere. His diet isn't in check either
Then more than likely his genetics are the only thing working in his favor for vasodilation. Don't feel bad, I have a terrible time with this myself.
