Is Arimidex or another AI needed for this set up?

I was wondering if an AI such as Arimidex or Aromasin is suggested with the following cycle set up and if it is please tell me the frequency and dosage that is recommended.

400-600 mg of test eth or cyp for 10-12 weeks, 50 mg anavar a day for first 6 weeks, 2 weeks after last injection of test start clomid at 100/50/50/50 mg a day for 4 weeks and Nolva 40/20/20/20/20

Iv'e posted my stats plenty of times but its age 24, 180lb 10-12%bf. I just wanted to see what people thought about the use of arimidex with this cycle

Adex at .25mg ed should be fine or aromasin at 10-12.5mg ed. Unless you are extra sensitive to gyno, those doses are fine. Always run an AI during your cycle. Why Nolva for 5 weeks and Clomid for 4?

Thanks for the reply. The Nolva and Clomid dosage and week # was based off of another persons advice. How would you change it? both 5 weeks each together?

I believe a standard 100/100/50/50 clomid and 40/40/20/20 Nolva should suffice for this simple cycle. Are you planning on running HCG as well? How many cycles have you done before?

This will be my first cycle so I have been putting it off and posting daily to gain enough knowledge until I feel I am ready to start. You would recommend HCG for a first cycle?

It's always recommended when your on a cycle, especially if your on a hard stacking cycle. Personally, I didn't take it on my first cycle and it was test and dbol . Guess it's up to you really if you don't want to risk the testicular atrophy
