hi guys im new here, just need some advice from the pros,
my stats are: 23 years old, 95kg, been training for 2 years, high body fat ( not as high as it was before i started training but still no 6 pack), diet consists of mainly protein and carbs but im a baker by trade so i snack alot on pastrys and bread. trying to cut down on the pastrys tho.
i started my 1st cycle about 11 days ago, dbol only (i know most people advise against this but i really dont like needles, maybe if the dbol dont work i might try using test on the next cycle). i started off with 15mg a day for the 1st 5 days but didnt notice any change in strenghth or size not even any water retention, so increased to 30mg a day since then. the pills look like small pink hexagons (same as other pics been posted on here), i was wondering if they were just dudds or if you guys think i should try increasing my dose to say 40-50mg a day?? or just give em more time?
