    Need cycle advice

Hey everyone, I'm sure there will be different opinions, but I'll take what I can get. I will soon have an inventory of 4g(4,000mg) of Test Cyp, 6Mg Semorilin Forte, and Arimadex .25mgx 90day. Just looking for advice on weekly dosages. My goal is to lose body fat and gain some strength and endurance. I'm also going to be doing Crossfit just about everyday while on this. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!

I already posted this in the HRT thread and told it was the wrong place. Thanks.

4,000 mg of test so at 500 a week that's only 8 weeks so it's not enough.

Crossfit everyday isn't going to cut it.

Your should list your stats if you want people to take you serious.

Yeah, sorry, like I said, I posted it originally on wrong thread.... I'm 34yo, 6'3 250lbs....I've done some previous test cycles, but now I'll have the Semorilin. I retired from the FD a little early and in the last year I got a little lazy and gained some weight. I'm just trying to get back into shape. I don't need to be massive or bench/squat a million pounds, but I need to lose about 30lbs. I really wouldn't mind being 240 or so with a low BMI. I agree that 500mg of test is not enough. I was going to start at 400 wk for a couple weeks and move up to 500wk.

If you bf's too high you could get more sides from your Test cycle. Diet and cardio down till you're down 15% or lower bf. Using AAS to cut fat could cause you more grief.

Thats what I was thinking too. Last time I did the Cyp I was around 225 or so. Thats why I was gonna do the Crossfit 5 x week to lose the fat.

How did you retire at 34..? But any ways... Crossfit won't necessarily
Help/make you lose fat, you have to burn more calories than you intake... I personally am not a
Crossfit fan.. If you need to loose 30 lbs you should diet down before cycling IMO

I retired because I got a real bad inhalation injury from a fire. It burnt up my lungs and had to retire....another reason i've gained so much weight. My endurance went to crap and fatigue real easy. I'm hoping to get back into shape as best I can.

Are they saying you have perminant damage? Cuz if you are un able to exert your self I do t know how benificiL aas will be but If you can recover and have hard workouts naturally and drop
    Some fat you would prob
Be better off using at that point... Just my thought...

workouts arent bad, but i have very little endurance anymore. if i run more than 100yds, i feel like i want to give up and cant breathe very well. i'd like to do a clen /win trial to see if it helps, but all i have now is the cyp/sem combo.
