Importance of HCG in a test only cycle?

I was interested in seeing what the members here think on how important it is to run HCG on a test only cycle.

Pretty sure everyone recommends the use of hcg. But with a strong pct with a test only cycle you should recover fine without it, better with however... I did not run hcg with my last and first test cycle and was fine, alot don't, next cycle I will be adding another compound considered to be very surpressive so I will be adding it in.
