Every day will grant you the most level balance in test spikes and cause the least amount of side affects. In truth though, it may not be difference enough to even notice. But just for the point of perfection, I pin prop every day. The oil is not an issue so long as you rotate sites at least every 7 days, in my opinion. You simply want to avoid pools of oil at the same site, as that
will inhibit absorption. Both delts, both glutes, and both upper and lower quadrants of the quadriceps will keep you at pinning the same site every 8 days. Perfect
