Mid 2011 i ran a sust cycle for 12 weeks..i gained 10kg's and i was very happy with it. The ONLY thing i regret was jabbing myself in the left pec :/, i think alot of prop from the 4x sust blend sat around the area and i couldnt train that day because it was THAT sore...Now its march 2012 and it is still swollen but stronger than the right side? it is very noticeable, its like a fluid is evenly balanced throughout the left pec and it lacks definition but is the only side with veins :S. I am a very low BF % so it cant be fat..It gets a bit tender sometimes and it feels as if there is tissue inside there which is not meant to be. Please help me with advice if u have heard something similar to this before from anyone! I cant get it under the ultrasound machine til 6 days time.
*Also...it feels noticeably heavier than right side and is very noticable with thickness from a front on view. If u need i will post pics!
