    1st cycle results, 2nd cycle question

    Hello all. Let me first start off with my first cycle. I did Test E at 400ml for 12weeks. I feel I had good results from it. I went from 170lbs to 186lbs. My goal I was hoping for was 185lbs which I hit. Ive did my 12weeks off cycle time now and Im just about ready to do my 2nd cycle. Just so Im clear on my goals Im looking to stay at 185-190lb range but get much leaner. Ive kepted just about all of my strenght gains and I did lose some of my weight, which Is normal I believe. "my understanding is you keep 7lbs for every 10lbs you put on"?

    This 2nd cycle I wanted to run Test E at 300ml for 18weeks this time, as from what im told the lower dose is better in aiding in fat burning? I also want to run winny or anavar with it. So my question here is Ive read different views as to which is better. Some say anavar is better, some say run it for 12weeks and others 8weeks. Also people say to run winny for what Im looking for.

    Any help on this will be great and thank you. Im hoping others will post there cutting cycle and/or can finish mine.

    Running orals is recommended for about 4-6 weeks with no longer than 8 max. Kept muscle after the cycle is determined mostly by your diet

    There are no stats in your profile. If you did a 12wk cycle + wait about 3 weeks + 4 weeks PCT = 19 weeks is the minimum you should wait. This is just a rule of thumb period. It takes me about 6 months to be back to normal. If you want low water retention, I found that Test Prop works better for me. Run Test Prop 8 weeks. The orals should be run 6 weeks to 8 weeks because it's liver toxic. Add milk thistle with your orals. I like Anavar over Whinny simply because I have bad joints. That Whinny made me want to get knee repla***ents. It was terrible. I did get pretty dang lean. Anavar didn't get me as lean but I still felt pretty tight and dry.

    1) I would be running winny by pinning.

    2) This is true for orals at 8weeks, but Ive seen studies of anavar being ran for 10-12weeks at a time. But I will say that most of the gains/fat loss was in the first 6weeks of the anavar cycle.

    Can you please go into more detail of your views on anavar? Your cycles? Time ran? Ect. Thanks.

    Var is a good drug for people with low body fat. It gives you that hard look, and gives many including me a great deal of vascularity. I was about 10% when I was on var. I would run var at no less then 60 mg ed (I ran 80mg) and continue for no more then 6 weeks. As said above orals are liver toxic, var is the easiest on your liver, but why take the chance. Winny is a good drug if you do not get joint pain while taking. I myself did, so had to discontinue its use after week 3 or 4 I dont remember. I only noticed the strength increase while on winny. It was a test winn cycle.
    I will always choose var over winny. Less liver toxic, you get the strength gains, and it will not dry up the joints

    If your goal is to hit 185 and stay at 185 then why are you cycling? you say you weigh 178 ish right?? and you now want to do a course to gain 7 pounds and lose fat at the same time? you could gain 7 pounds in no time without cycling and achieve your fat loss with cardio and diet during or after your bulk, i dont think you need steroids for these goals, sounds like a shambles to me

    hey man, question on your 1st cycle. How did your pct go? what did you run? did you see any gyno? did your natural test production go back to normal?

    Its very hard for me to gain weight now. I train full time in mma.

    Well, I feel it went great. It was a little ruff when I started only because I train in mma and I hurt my back. It side lined me for about 4weeks of the cycle from lifting and working out hard. My pct went fine, as I stayed off for 3months. I had to gyno, but my nipples were slightly senstive and yes test production went back to normal.
