I need to bust my plateau

IM 21 6'1 and 210lbs I have reached a plateau that I cannot get over I plan on sticking it out for at least two months to try to bust it. After the 2 months I plan on going on my first cycle I want to at least stay a little lean would I stay that way if i did 500ml of sust for 8 weeks and followed up with clomid, or should I ad something els to that to ad about 10-15 lbs to my total body weight.

500 for the eight wks and throw in 600mg of eq as well for the same 8wks followed by clomid and you're good to go

would it be best to keep nolva or proviron on hand?.... And how much milk thistle should I run?

get some nolv to keep on hand and run it at 20mg/day at first signs of gyno - 10mg/day after they go away for the rest of your cycle - no need for milk thistle in this cycle - get clomid as well

Both in the same syringe is fine, they are both oil based. That's a great cycle, I did Sust for 3 weeks, then ran out and got my hands on what I could (Equipoise ). I've been on Equi for 5 weeks now and I'm going to start with the Sust again for the last 4 weeks of the Equi cycle and overlapping it by 2 weeks. I love taking Equi it gives you an awesome feeling.
