Okay bud, the best way to break down winny when you have the 5mg tabs (by the way I love them cause I can easily split them up during the day). here is the way I run them, say at 50mg per day.
3 in the am after I have eaten breakfast, usually take with orange juice or grape juice. right at or before lunch time I take 3 more. Then just before I work out I take 4. The reason I take 4 before I work out is I love the pump it gives you in the gym!!!!!!
This way you keep your blood levels constant. a safe rule of thumb is to take them 4 hours apart.
