Actually is 2 before sleeping and 2 one hour before trainning.

am and pm. keep levels in your system even. the number of pills to take depends on how many mgs. each one is.....

The product is APETIL and contain 5 mg of stanozolol in each pills.

Okay bud, the best way to break down winny when you have the 5mg tabs (by the way I love them cause I can easily split them up during the day). here is the way I run them, say at 50mg per day.
3 in the am after I have eaten breakfast, usually take with orange juice or grape juice. right at or before lunch time I take 3 more. Then just before I work out I take 4. The reason I take 4 before I work out is I love the pump it gives you in the gym!!!!!!
This way you keep your blood levels constant. a safe rule of thumb is to take them 4 hours apart.
