    Clen/T3 cycle....

    23yo 6"4 243lbs at 17% BF this morning...I have read and read and ready for the last 15 hours. I have decided I am not ready for Anabolics.

    I was thinking of a clen /t3 cycle. I found a member log that I cannot post too that ran this dosage.

    Day 1 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
    Day 2 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
    Day 3 Clen 80mcg / T3 75mcg
    Day 4 Clen 100mcg / T3 75mcg

    Now he said he was on test cyp at the time. I will not be running test. For someone my size would this be a good dosage to start at?

    I was thinking slightly lower due too I will not be running any anabolics

    Ok personally I wouldnt run it like that for a number of reasons, the t3 is a little high for not being on test, I reckon you would lose alot of LBM at that dose, I think that 60mcg is alot to start with if you have never run clen before, and I also dont like the idea of week off then jumping straight up to 120mcg, just seems like you going to hit sides from it

    I would run clen 2week on/off, start at 20mcg then work your way as high as you can get 160mcg max then by day 10-11 start to lower dosage, 2 weeks off then repeat

    The t3 start at 25, see how you feel, should be fine then up to 50mcg, hold at that for couple weeks, I wouldnt increase above 50mcg without test, remember to drop dose back down dont just stop

    You will see very good results from this if your diet and cardio is in check, crazy doses arent needed

    Thank you, I was definetly going to lower the doses...Diet is very clean..may increase protien a tad higher to around 250grams and fats up a bit.

    I Know I will sacrifice some LBM..but honestly and this sounds crazy, I don't care to be this big anymore, My goal overall is too be a round 10% BF at around 210-220lbs around that area.

    what will your daily macros be?

    you need a 500cal deficit, do you know how to work this out?

    also avoid alcohol at all costs during this, simply because the cals in it could seriously affect your progress

    why are you planning to increase fats?

    Yes right now I'm eating about 2700 callories a day, plan to slowly start decreasing too 2400. I am loosing slowly now maybe .5 too 1lb a week and a half.

    I don't consume Alcohol at all and trying to cut back on what little sugar I do get, usually get it from my cheat meals.

    ok sounds good, but why are you planning on increasing fats? I wouldnt if i was you, if you are looking for more protein then i would go for something lean like chicken or tuna

    what are you doing cardio wise?

    I wanted to add a little more dairy...it will increase my fat intake slightly.

    My diet pretty much is Eggs, Corn, Green beans, green peas, baby spinach, chicken, tuna, and sirlion steak, peanut butter, almonds, occasionally some whole grain pasta...and latey been eating alot of salmon.

    Cardio is at least 3x a week HIIT with some long low intensity here and there.

    I like Dan's advice about not going too high on the T3 without test. I was thinking 3 weeks of T3. Then Clen for 2 weeks. Then repeat... T3, 3 days at 25, 50, 75, 100, 75, 50, 25. I might just join you...

    yeah looks good, but i wouldnt add anything that will increase cals and fats while im cutting, you just have to push through it until you bulk. . .

    mabey try some fasted am cardio 3x's a week or if that isnt possible then try take up boxing or kickboxing, they both great for stripping fat

    but if you choose fasted am then bcaa's are essiential pre cardio due to the t3

    I def plan to add bcaa's pre cardio. It's easier for me to get up in the morning and do cardio in the morning before work, then weight training in the afternoon.

    sorry i didnt mean to drop the HIIT after the workout but rather to add some extra am cardio or mabey some boxing in evening etc

    It was my understanding that t3 upregulates the beta 2 receptors much like ketotifen... There for you would not need to come off the Clen .... Thoughts? Also I agree with not just jumping in on the Clen at 60mcg....
