I am two weeks in in my test e cycle and I have caught a bad head cold that resulted in a sinus infection. I just left the doctor and was prescribed amoxicillin for the next 10 days. I was just wondering if this will effect my cycle at all.

You will be fine, ive took before on cycle without any issues.
