    Low Test..

So I don't know if this is the right place for this but here goes anyways...I have had my test levels taken multiple times in the last couple months much to my drs annoyance, and the highest I can get it even with test boosters and all is 379. My dr will not refer me to an endo though because it is over 200.. Nor will she test further because it's in the normal range.. I am only 23 and everything I've read says my levels should be much higher.. I eat a lot of healthy fats and try everything I hear to being it up... Any advice? I don't know if I should keep trying supplements and hoping for the best or what? Also, I do squats and dead lifts and all the typical compound movements and use allpros routine at the moment. Gains are slow to none. Diet in check as well. I am curious as to if I should start myself on a low dose of test just to bring my levels up to where they should be for my age.. Thanks for the help..

Thanks I will repost.. I have taken pretty much everything you can buy in a vitamin shoppe lol the only thing I felt any different on was the gaspari novedex xt but I cant say that it actually raised my test much.. I have never used any PH's or steroids before. I do occasionally use opiates but only as prescribed maybe once a week, twice on bad weeks but I wouldn't think that it would lower it so much if at all at that frequency. I do not drink alcohol at all. Besides that, all I am currently taking is protein and a multi. my levels are sitting in the mid 300s. Can you still make any real progress with levels that low? It seems like I am not gaining much of anything strength or muscle wise...
