If you've only been back in for a month after a year and a half hiatus, I wouldn't jump into a cycle just yet, especially with that rotator cuff history. You really need to spend about 4 - 6 months getting your tendons and joints restrengthened before using anabolics, otherwise you're very likely to have another injury. I know that you want to get back what you lost as fast as possible, but what you're planning to do right now is very irresponsible and has a high potential to put you back under the knife and out of the gym. Spend the next several months developing the discipline to maintain a bodybuilder's diet and getting your muscle back naturally. You've been warned.
