Please do not take steroids . You are young and overweight. Get on a good diet and exercise program. You can completely transform your body within 6 months without the use of any supplement at all.

My favorite steroid for fat loss is called calorie deficit. Try it once, its pretty easy and you'll always know its legit.
As said, you're young. Your reply "I'm sorta built in the upper body" is a good clue that you lack knowledge of how to lift because it sounds like you don't squat or to legs all and you def need to learn how to eat.

^^^All of what they said, plus "No".
Steroids cannot be effectively used by the novice for weight loss. They are by definition weight gaining medications, originally developed to combat wasting diseases, and to restore muscle tissue (weight) to burn and accident victims.
One might ask, “Why then do bb’ers lose weight during pre-contest training?” And that’d be a very good question. There’s more to it than I have time to go into, but essentially they aren’t using the steroids for weight loss at all, it’s their dietary restrictions on both types of foods and overall intake (SEE: Pre-contest Dieting), training habits (SEE: Pre-contest Training), and manner of cycling carbs and proteins (not water restriction) to reduce fluid retention, deflate, and later reinflate muscle bellies to peak for the show.
Their use of gear at that stage serves primarily to sustain anabolism, i.e. preserve hard earned muscle while shedding the aforementioned fat and fluids, the loss of which equates to substantial weight loss (e.g. the variance between off-season & pre-contest bodyweight). This is obviously not for the novice seeking to lose weight.

Thanks for the replies , defiantly set me straight !
So can any one tell me in simple terms the difference between a bulking and cutting agent ?

If you just watch tv and surf the net, then watching tv and surfing the net on roids ain't going to make you lose weight. Some roids are more suited to a bulking or cutting diet/cycle but bulking and cutting really means which type of diet you choose, roids or not. Sounds like you could make great gains with a simple diet change. Not so simple to figure out, but simple to follow if you are dedicated. The flab will fall off at a scary rate.

I agree... I thought that I had a pretty good and clean diet until I started doing my research in the nutrition forum and realized that I was doing **** that I shouldn't. Check it out it is a wealth of knowledge.

Not tricky at all. Just get the ball rolling and don't over think! Read over diet and nutrition and it'll come. First things first is to get a good workout routine w cardio and weights and cleaning up your diet.

I know you probably don't want to hear this, but AAS is for growing, not shrinking, which is what it sounds like your trying to do. As far as eating well, this is probably the one phrase that keeps people from having the cut, muscular body they're envisioning. You not only need to eat the right foods, but you need to eat the right amounts, the right combinations and at the right time. Google Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). After that Google TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure). Open an account at www.fitday.com then go to the diet section of this forum and figure out how much of each macro nutrient you need, how to pair them and when (partitioning) and when to eat them to do what it is your wanting to do. As I've heard Slimmer Me say (I love the quote but don't want to take credit for it), "The one secret thing that every guy and girl with what you think is the perfect physique is taking isn't a drug or a supplement, it's an absolutely accurate account of every single fvcking thing that goes into their mouth." BTW, she doesn't say fvcking, that's me....
The good news is that once you get this down, the first 2-3 weeks will be the biggest, fastest transformation of your life. It's not uncommon for a guy training/doing cardio and getting carbs and fats under control to lose 20 lbs of fat in 2 weeks!!! Good luck!! It's kind of like quitting smoking, if you can hang in there for 21 days you'll be so amazed by your progress it will become your new positive stimulus instead of the transitory taste of the ice cream or the pizza.Last edited by The Titan99; 03-23-2012 at 01:30 AM.

lol... seen that post before titan, people need to be saving some of thier excellent responses because the same questions get asked ssssoooooo much, but that is totally it in a nutshell.
go with what titan said, he said it to me too an its helping a whole lot, and keep with it mate, AS is the WORST option you could do riht now (look up some of the threads that say 'this is my first cycle...' and 'am i old enough to do steroids ...', there should be the listed shitty symptoms that younger people are very very if not certainly prone to get)
go get em tiger! lol
-
HA!! You got me!! I have that copied in an excel sheet and I paste it when appropriate. I should have one for "Oral only cycle" as well as "Did a Deca only cycle and now I can't get a hard-on. Maybe I should just take some Prami or an AI" thread. I also like the "Can I drink Winny" and the ever-popular "My girlfriend just dumped me for a guy who could get a hard-on and now I can't find anyone to do my injections for me" thread. "What's the best cycle for a 19 year old who's 6 ft, 150 lbs" is a good one too, but I think Marcus has that one in his signature though....lol.

i honestly dont believe in losing weight with aas, only dieting and cardio will be the most help

Good man!! Excellent job on the quitting smoking man. After the first 21 days there's no going back. If you even smoke one though, your fvcked, remember that!! I've been quit for 4 years now after 25 years of 2 packs of Marlboro reds a day. I tell you this, I'll never quit again so I'd better not ever restart.

They need roids. You need to get your ass on a treadmill my friend for at least 20 minutes a day.
