Sex: yes or no

i´m a Bodybuilder and my marks are to get HUGE, no matter what it cost.

A few days ago, i had talk with a friend that tell me, during anabolic cycles we must cut with sex in 10 or 12 weeks (depends of cycle duration).

Are he right? if yes, what metabolic system are responsable for that? is the privations of sex increase the testo levels? are we taking of what we inject when we are make sex?

Please awnser if you are tottaly sure.

Maybe it's just me, but I don't fully understand your questions.

However I'll try to throw some light onto the subject as simply as I can.

During your cycle your natural test production stops as your body compensates for the unnaturally high levels of test-like compounds floating around.

Some steriods , like test, fulfill all the duties of natural test perfectly well. So by taking test during a cycle you are unlikely to have problems with sexual function, except perhaps for over-stimulation.

Other steriods like deca do not fulfill all the duties of natural test and can lead to erectile problems during a cycle if the cycle does not contain test.

Some folks like to abstain from sex during a cycle as they don't want to 'waste' any of the steriod compounds in their system. Personally I have as much sex as I can during a cycle - I love it and I can't help myself.

I don't think the act of having sex lowers test levels, I don't think sperm has actually test in it. I am not 100% sure on that though, maybe one of the biochem bros can chime in. I have noticed that if I work out 1hour after sex I am weaker, but it could be the expending of energy during sex.

My guess is that you use more test during sex than during rest. Test drives your physical sexual response and organs and as sex is a physical activity (for most of us anyway) you'll be using up test.

Pain Man...why don't you take some of your sperm to that lab that did the Detour Bar and see if they find any test in it or EQual

Personally I think whatever is lost by having sex is well worth the loss. Also for me anyway, the lack in sex would provote a much more pissed off attitude. Sex is my "st. johns wart".

yea i say pound it..... but i know alot of football players who stay away from it a couple of days before a game, i need it all the time or i go crazy, so maybe that extra boost is what they need to rip someone's head off..

Test isn't used up during sex. It's not like a nutrient that gets burned up during activity. The amount of steroid in ejaculate is too miniscule to effect serum levels. So, no sense in holding back, unless you like to cranky and pissed off in the gym.

I think I have read once that after you drop your load, your brain releases seratonin and melatonin, therefore giving you a smile on your face and back case of the zzz's. Feeling relaxed and content sure doesn't help with the training session. After training works the best for me.
