    Is this a dumb question

    Just curious if u should flex the muscle being pinned while injecting...please dont blast me if this is just an absurd question...thanks

    I say definitely not. But I've never tried. I'd say it would increase the post injection pain, but that is just a guess.

    Thanks for the quick reply...i also thought it would make it harder to actually get the needle in too...just happened to pop in my head so wanted to make sure

    Just leave the muscle relaxed..less pip. I've flexed my glutes before so the needle would go quicker into the skin lol and my quad

    Relax, flexing a muscle that already is having something put into it that is not natural seems counter productive.
