Ok so I'm looking into trying either PH(not sure which yet) or AAS (prob sust 250) and I was just looking for some guidance or opinions. I'm 21 and looking to get big but not huge and cut. I have been lifting for about 3 years not to include the 4 in HS. I would like to know how I should go about beginning a cycle and what would be a good cycle to start with with results. Also what should I be taking for PCT serm and kidney support? Thank you![]()
